Paleo Slow Cooker Recipe Are A Stroke Of Genius
New cookbook helps you get the best Paleo meals from your slow cooker
Author Tracy Daniels comes from a long line of good cooks, gardeners, and food writers. She's seen multiple fad diets come and go, but few have been based in enough science to please her. Tracy's goal is to allow the general public to find healthy, nutritious meal options, even if they have food sensitivities or allergies to cope with. Her book, Paleo Slow Cooker Recipes, is designed to be friendly to gluten free dieters and Paleo dieters alike. The recipes are simple, but the flavors are big.
Ms. Daniels' book has been available to the public on Amazon.com since February, 2013. The book is provided in both paperback and eBook formats. In response to numerous positive reviews, the publisher has agreed to allow Ms. Daniels' book to be downloaded for free over a two day period, from the 28th to the 29th of September, 2013. There are a limited number of free downloads available, however.
The book is notable for its inclusion of brief explanation of each recipe, its origin, and its flavor profile. Photos of most recipes are also provided. The 118 page volume includes nutritional information as well. Paleo diet beginners will find the book easy to use, as it explains which foods are considered Paleo, and which aren't. The reasoning for classifications is also explained briefly.
