The crew from "The Insider" first visited with company co-chairman Steven Hirsch at his office to discuss how he cautions young actresses who want to enter the adult business for the first time about how their lives will irrevocably change.

The next stop for the crew was a production set where Vivid Girl Meggan Mallone offered tips to "Brand New Faces" newcomers Melanie Jayne and Hilo.
