Mark became interested in Real Estate in 1981 and began buying properties for rental investments. He saw a promising future in the business and became a licensed real estate agent in 1984 and real estate became his full time occupation. Did it become “his life”? No! Real Estate, like marriage and family, can be risky business (with potential of great return). Mark has experienced both the pitfalls and return. Like anyone else, he has had conflicts to overcome. Fortunately, his marriage and family have produced a return far greater than any return or loss he has experienced in real estate. Now, he spends a great deal of time educating others who have chosen real estate as their career, in hopes of helping to prevent them from making some of the mistakes he made.
