Selling with a 1031 exchange allows the investor to sell the property and apply the cash out to another property purchase which eliminates any tax implications associated with the sale of that particular property. Wholesaling a property is another exit strategy investors should consider. Wholesaling allows the investor to sell the property at a discounted price.
