(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 19, 2013 ) WATERBURY, Conn. – A 13 year old girl was arrested on Saturday after stealing a car and striking two stopped automobiles, resulting in one of the cars flipping onto its side. The teenage girl reportedly fled from the scene of the accident and was found hiding beneath a nearby vehicle.

These actions would cause the young girl to be charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, larceny, and other motor vehicle charges. She will be released to her parents and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Juvenile Court.

Police reports indicate that some individuals from the car that was flipped were injured and hospitalized, however no one sustained any major injuries. The number of occupants in the other vehicles has not been released.
