Raise in Metro Bus Accidents Reports Arguello, Hope & Associates

(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 07, 2013 ) HOUSTON TX – On Wednesday morning, five people were hospitalized after a Metro bus collided with an 18-wheeler on Scott Street near the South Loop. The accident took place around 9:30 a.m. sending both drivers to the hospital along with three passengers.
At this time, law enforcement has not released the condition of the injured victims. There were several other people who were traveling on the bus at the time of the accident, who did not appear to suffer from any serious injuries.
Last year, there were several cases of pedestrians being struck by Metro buses, along with a driver dying after colliding with a street sign pole while returning an out-of-service bus.
