Café Ole’s wait staff is eclectic to the core.  Being a Spanish restaurant, there are plenty of Spanish speaking staff members that all come from different parts of Latin America while there are also many American born bar and wait staff.  The food fare is predominantly Spanish with crowd favorites like paella and chicken or tuna croquettes, but Caesar salad and sandwiches are equally popular and available.  The kitchen features special Serrano’s ham and Manchego and Cabrales cheese that they call “Tabla Ole”.  A Spanish restaurant would not be complete without a full Tapas menu of hot and cold dishes.  The full array of mussels, meats, and octopus fill out just some of the Tapas delicacies that line the menu.
