The 4-day event includes 46 manufacturer hands-on technical training sessions and 42 business management classes. Manufacturers include Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, Dacor, Samsung, LG, Asko and Scotsman. Business management classes include setting service call rates, building a company mission statement, internet marketing, warranty claims processing, CSR training with Extreme Customer Service and so much more.
